At Intraspexion Inc. (Intraspexion), we understand your concerns about the privacy of personal information. Because of this, we have established the following guidelines concerning the collection, use and security of information we collect from you.

Intraspexion is the sole owner of the information collected on the Site. Moreover, in the event of a sale, merger, or acquisition of some or all of Intraspexion’s, assets, your personal information would likely be a part of the transferred assets. In such an event, we shall notify you via email of your choices, as a user, as too how your information is to be used thereafter.
We may also provide Aggregated Information to third parties. Such information will not include personal information of any customer or visitor.

The statistics program on our web server collects aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, which we use for internal review and to improve our content.

If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, please contact us via the Contact Us form on the website. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Site and Service Updates
We also send Site and service announcement updates to our users. Users are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service, because these messages are not promotional in nature. We communicate with the user to provide requested services, and as to issues relating to their account via email or phone.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user’s personal information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our services, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update, delete or remove that user’s personal data as previously provided to us.
Notification of Changes
Our Site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor. This Site gives users the following options for removing their email addresses from our database to not receive future email Newsletters. You can opt- out of receiving newsletters by selecting the “unsubscribe” button present in each email we send out.
